On Friday, April 21st you will get a call from an ARC staff member to arrange a meeting time to complete your registration. Appointments will be scheduled in the order that registration forms are received and will be held May 4th- May 7th and will include daytime, evening and weekend options. The meetings will be about 30-45 minutes in length and will take place at the ARC Office (199 N Leonard St).
At this meeting you will finalize weeks, share information about the participant(s) (medications, interests, strengths, behaviours to be aware of) and discuss goals with the Program Directors. Camp forms and the payment of camp and membership fees will also be completed, or discussed, at your registration meeting. Payment plans for registration fees can be arranged if needed.
Please remember: Program fees must be paid, or a payment plan needs to be in place, prior to the start of camp. All forms must also be submitted. Participants who cancel their registration 14 days or more from the start of the program will receive a full refund. If less than 14 days’ notice is given, a 50% refund will be issued. In the event the Autism Resource Centre needs to cancel a program, registration fee refunds will be provided on a pro-rated basis. Any supply or material fees for the program will not be included in the refund.
Note: A non-refundable administrative fee is being introduced this year. Once fees have been paid, a non-refundable $50 administrative fee applies if week(s) are dropped and/or full withdrawal from the program occurs.
